Can accommodate 6 / 12 / 24 / 36 moulds of 15 cm or 12 / 24 / 36 / 72 moulds of 7.06cm with concrete or mortar. Fitted with Microprocessor Based Dual Display Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Temperature Range from 50°C to 100°C. Provided with water circulation arrangement to keep the temperature uniform. Overflow Nozzle is provided. Drain Cock for emptying tank is also fitted at the bottom. Vibrating Table

For compaction of concrete Cubes, Cylinders & Beams.
The table deck has stops along its edges to prevent moulds from walking off the table during operation. The variable pitch pulley arrangement permits the frequency to be varied step-less between a maximum of 3600 vibrations down to 2600 vibrations per minute. A speed regulation handle is provided for increasing or decreasing the frequency. The vibrator is mounted on cushioned Steel vibrating deck. A switch is provided for starting the motor. Operation on 440 V, three phase, AC supply. |
